Ages 13-16YOUTH TRAINING

It’s time to take your beach volleyball training to the next level!

High performance youth beach volleyball training. Lead by Jason Marchant – Team Ontario Beach Coach.

Training will focus on all aspects of our sport: technical & tactical skills development, mental training, game planning & scouting, as well as nutritional support – all from experts in their field. Other coaches include Amanda Harnett, a current National Women’s Team Beach Volleyball player, as well as Hailey Wort who is also a Team Ontario Beach coach.

Andy Muto will be part of our support staff and will assist athletes with their understanding of high performance nutrition. He is the owner of Create Healthy Food, as well as the Wellness Chef and Food Director for Gary Roberts High Performance Training – he is extremely passionate about both food and people. Andy has worked with Gary Roberts for many years now and has assisted many current NHL players, such as Steven Stamkos, with their nutrition planning.

The program is open to all female athletes that are currently at a 13U to 16U level in their development pathway. Availability is limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis to the athletes who show a strong to desire to commit to their training for the full beach season, May to August. Upon filling those spots, remaining space will be offered to athletes who may not be able to commit to the whole summer and instead wish to train from the beginning of May until the end of June.

Registration Availability:

2 x 14U Courts: Maximum 16 athletes.

1 x 15/16U Court: Maximum 8 athletes.
